"My Green Space" Student Competition 2024-2025
Entry Description Form


To facilitate verification, entrants must complete an Entry Description Form.The Form could be completed in either Chinese or English, while the Entry Description Section should contain no more than 200 words. To reduce the use of paper, only online submission of the Entry Description Form is accepted. Any entries without the submission of the Form will not be processed.

  • The Entry Number should appear on the back of the entry for easy identification

  • Upload the entry to a public drive, then submit the link via the Entry Description Form

Please observe the following when submitting an entry:

 

1. Entrants are required to provide personal and school particulars on the Entry Description

    Form only. No school information for example school name or school logo should appear

    in the entries. Any entries that violate the requirement may be disqualified.

 

2. The Entry submission deadline is 6:00 pm, 31 March 2025. Only entries submitted through

    the above method and received by the HKGBC on or before the submission deadline will be

    accepted.

 

3. For hard copy entries, please make sure the entry is well-packed. The HKGBC shall not

    be responsible for any damage or lost during the transit of competition entries.

 

4. Upon submission of entries, no revision to the entries will be accepted. Any requests for

    returning entries will not be entertained.

 

5. A notification email will be issued to applicants to confirm successful submission of entries.
